Tuesday, March 25, 2014

The Alderney Gambling Control Commission and Early Warning System, a FIFA subsidiary, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation which calls for close cooperation on monitoring  suspicious activities in sport betting which can be an indicator for match-fixing on FIFA events and other football matches. The agreement between AGCC and EWS includes the exchange of relevant betting information to support the analysis of odds movements, and investigations with regard to suspicious football events.

To support these aims the parties said they have agreed on an 'operational framework' to ensure an effective collaboration.
